Refund policy

You want to cancel an order. Please contact our team as soon as possible to proceed with the cancellation of your order. We cannot promise anything, but we will do our best to see to your request.

You have just received your package and notice that one or more products have been damaged in transit Take a photo immediately and send it to us at info@suum.ca taking care to leave a telephone number. We will replace the damaged product and bear the shipping cost.

There is nothing we can do about a case of a stolen package. However, we encourage you to email us at info@suum.ca to report such an incident to us.

All promotional items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

 

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and your rights. Your data will not be resold elsewhere and we do not use your data for any purpose other than that of our Shopify Natural Products SUUM website.

Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Delivery times may vary once the package is posted, they vary depending on your delivery address. An email notification is sent to you when the order is shipped with the necessary information about the order.

We do not take back any product unpacked in any way. If you have the wrong items or received the wrong order, please email us at the following address info@suum.ca within 7 days of receiving your order, leaving your phone number there. We will then get in touch with you.
