Shipping and returns policy
What is your policy regarding damaged packages?
You have just received your package and notice that one or more products have been damaged in transit Take a photo immediately and send it to us at info@suum.ca taking care to leave a telephone number. We will replace the damaged product and bear the shipping cost.
What is the return policy for products?
We do not take back any unpacked product in any way. If you have the wrong items or received the wrong order, please email us at the following addressinfo@suum.ca within 7 days of receiving your order, leaving your phone number there. We will then get in touch with you.
Will it be long before I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Delivery times may vary once the package is posted, they vary depending on your delivery address. An email notification is sent to you when the order is shipped with the necessary information about the order.
* Please note that international orders generally take longer to reach their destination.
What are the applicable taxes?
Taxes are automatically calculated on purchases made in Canada, in accordance with the applicable laws of the province of the delivery address.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
I made a purchase at a discount.
All promotional items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
My package was stolen.
There is nothing we can do about a case of a stolen package. However, we encourage you to email us at info@suum.ca to report such an incident to us.
How long will it take to receive my package??
It all depends on the times suggested by the delivery company (generally Canada Post), depending on the time of year. Generally, your package will arrive at its destination within 7 working days of placing your order.
We deliver to your country?
We deliver everywhere in Canada, the United States, France, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland.
Order processing on holidays and weekends.
Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped during the next working day.
Order processing after 5 p.m.
Your orders placed after 5 p.m. will be processed the next day. As a big "rush", for example during Christmas, the processing of an order can take up to 5 days.
