What is your policy regarding damaged packages?

You have just received your package and notice that one or more products have been damaged in transit ? Take a photo immediately and send it to us at taking care to leave a telephone number. We will replace the damaged product and bear the shipping cost.

What is the return policy for products?

We do not take back any product unpacked in any way. If you got the wrong items or received the wrong order, please email us at the following address within 7 days of receiving your order, leaving your phone number. We will then get in touch with you.

Will it be long before I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 5 working days. Delivery times may vary once the package is posted, they vary depending on your delivery address. An email notification is sent to you when the order is shipped with the necessary information about the order.

All promotional items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
